Implementer’s Toolkits are being developed together with the HWC-NAP and Guidelines, to enable the officers and teams in the field to implement the plans and guidelines in an effective and efficient manner. Implementer’s Toolkits ensure that all the requirements and capacity needs of the field staff with regard to technical details, conceptual clarity, formats and tools required for implementing the HWC-NAP and guidelines is effectively addressed.
